How to Book an Individual Reservation

Your Guest Confirmation Receipt was sent from customerservice@mytravel.support. Please locate this email before proceeding.

1. Log into your Email or Account to retrieve the email from “guest services”.

2. From the email you will find a cancel/modification link. Make sure to locate the correct reservation that you want to modify and click on it to open the booking details. Clicking on “cancel” will NOT cancel your reservation but prompt you to another page.

3. Within the reservation details page you now can CANCEL or MODIFY. The modification key will allow you to change dates, number of guests, or special requests.

Booking & Deposit Policy: A non-refundable operational fee of $9.99 USD per reservation is due at the time of booking. A deposit is also required to confirm and guarantee your reservation.

The remaining balance, shown as "Total Due at Hotel," represents the remaining room cost after your deposit has been applied, plus all applicable taxes, and is paid directly to the hotel at check-in or check-out.

Deposits made more than 30 days before arrival are refundable, less any applicable processing, administrative, or service fees.

Deposits made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and cancellations or modifications during that period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

A deposit is collected at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The amount shown as "Total Due at Hotel" represents the remaining room balance after your deposit has been applied, plus all applicable taxes.

The hotel receives only the "Total Due at Hotel" balance and does not receive your deposit payment or deposit information.

The remaining balance is paid directly to the hotel at check-in or check-out in accordance with the hotel's payment policies.

If you believe the hotel overcharged you, please submit a copy of your hotel receipt along with a brief description of what occurred.

Be sure to include your T1 Housing reservation reference number so we can review your reservation and work with the hotel to investigate the charges.

If you have any other billing questions or concerns, please submit a detailed description along with any supporting documentation to T1 Housing. Including your T1 Housing reservation reference number will help us review your request more efficiently.

Lowest Rate Guarantee

T1 Housing is committed to providing the lowest publicly available rates for your event's official hotel block dates. We work directly with our hotel partners to secure exclusive discounted rates, ensuring you receive the best available pricing for your stay.

If you've found a lower publicly available rate for the same hotel, dates, and room type, you can submit a claim. Please have the following ready before continuing:

• The website or platform where you found the lower rate
• The exact rate you found and the dates it applies to
• Screenshots or documentation showing the lower rate (our team may follow up to request these)

If your issue has been resolved and you no longer need to submit a claim, select Yes on the next screen. Otherwise, select No to connect with our team.

Your group block may have expired.

Please contact your Group Leader to have the block reinstated.
